Our Story
DECADES OF PRIDE IN OUR CRAFT
P Casinelli Construction isn't just any run-of-the-mill construction company -
It's a company born out of passion and experience.
At the helm is Phil Casinelli, a man who first started freelancing in construction at the tender age of 12, and has spent his career becoming an expert in every aspect of the trade.
Years of Experience
Phil's passion for building only grew stronger as he got older, and he began working for his older brother's construction business as a tradesman. With each passing year, he honed his skills in all facets of trades from carpentry to masonry and more. Eventually, he landed a job at one of the largest and most successful construction companies in the Fairfield County area, where he worked his way up to lead supervisor.
As a top supervisor, Phil oversaw and completed some of the most impressive commercial and residential work in the Fairfield County area. His reputation for excellence and dedication preceded him, and it wasn't long before his entrepreneurial spirit led him to start his own construction business.
The Start of P. Casinelli Construction
In 2006, Phil took the plunge and founded P Casinelli Construction. His impeccable reputation and outstanding work ethic soon drove the business to success through word-of-mouth referrals. Today, P Casinelli Construction is known for its expertise in building everything from customized upscale homes, to spec homes, commercial buildings, tennis pavilions, pools, and anything else our clients envision.
An Earned Reputation
What sets P Casinelli Construction apart from other general contractors is Phil's expertise in every aspect of the construction business - from the foundation to the finishing touches. His personal experience building homes with his own two hands, and extensive knowledge in design and reading blueprints has a tremendous impact on the work we do.
On every project Phil personally supervises every craftsman to ensure that every detail is completed to perfection with pride and integrity. Over the years, P Casinelli Construction has become a trusted collaborator with engineers and architects.
Alongside Phil, his business partner, soulmate and wife of 25 years, Millie Casinelli, oversees the business operations, as a dream team they ensure every client has a seamless experience.
